Anantasana Yoga Rishikesh

Anantasana or Sleeping Vishnu Pose is a form of yoga pose which can be practiced   at home or office or work place. The Anantasana word is originated from the Sanskrit phrase "The Ananta" which means ‘The Thing without any end ’ The word Anantasana has been taken from Sheshnag on which Lord vishnu used to take rest in Kshir sagar . This pose resembles with pose of Lord Vishnu where he is lyside-reclining left leg pose, This pose is also known as side reclining left leg pose.
